Stir Fry Holy Basil
Stir fried holy basil (Pad Ga Prao) is one of the most popular Thai dishes. Featuring the aroma of holy basil, this stir-fried dish consists of meat such as pork, chicken, beef or seafood. Our sauce is made with fresh Thai basil leaves and blended with chopped garlic and chili.
Every ingredient that we use are natural & carefully selected for you. For a truly classic way to serve this dish, pour it over rice and top with a fried egg! Alternatively use the sauce as spaghetti sauce, it goes well with seafood & mushroom!
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tbsp. chopped garlic + chili
300 g. meat
½ cup bell chili + onion (optional)
½ cup basil + chili (optional)
3 EASY STEPS
STEP 1.
Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat, toss in chopped garlic + chili stir-fry until golden brown.
STEP 2.
Add meat and basil sauce, stir fry until its cooked through.
STEP 3.
Add bell chili + onion (optional) and stir-fry for a few minutes more.
Garnish with basil + chili (optional)
Serve with rice, spaghetti. Enjoy!

If you like it hot, add in some chilies. For more aroma, add in some fresh basil leave!
