Green Curry

Thai Green Curry (Gaeng Khiew Wan) is a mildly spicy and slightly sweet curry based on coconut milk and fresh green chilies. Every ingredient that we use are natural & carefully selected for you. Our green curry paste comes ready-to-cook without the need for additional seasoning so now you can easily recreate Thailand's most famous curry at home.

Once the curry is cooked serve with rice, spaghetti or roti bread according to your preference. Our paste can not only to be use for curry soup, but you can also use it to make a delicious green curry fried rice!

½ cup           kaffir + basil + chili (optional)

3 EASY STEPS

STEP 1.

Add water + coconut milk + green curry paste over in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring till the paste dissolves then leave to boil for a minute.

STEP 2.

Add your choice of protien and simmer for 5 minutes or until its cooked through.

STEP 3.

Add eggplants and simmer for a minute.

Add kaffir + basil + chili (optional)

Serve with rice, spaghetti or roti. Enjoy!

             Spice it how you like...

If you like it mild, use less curry paste, or add an extra ½ cup of coconut milk or water. If you like it hot, add in some more chilies.

Green Curry Fried Rice, yes! It's fried rice! so let's cook & enjoy another version of yummy green curry!!!😘

INGREDIENTS for 1 serving:

2 cups        cooked rice
1 cup          your choice of protein
1 tbsp        cooking oil (I used coconut oil for a healthier choice)
1 cup          eggplant, chili, Kaffir leave (optional)
1/2 pack     Angwara's green curry paste

(Don't worry if you don't have #angwara paste, then you will need 1 1/2 tbsp green curry paste (any brand) + fish sauce 2 tbsp + white sugar / palm sugar 1/2 tbsp and 4 tbsp coconut cream: you will need to stir fry curry paste with coconut cream first until frangant, then add seasoning + meat + veggies and rice)
