INGREDIENTS for 1 serving:
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup your choice of protein
1 tbsp cooking oil (I used coconut oil for a healthier choice)
1 cup eggplant, chili, Kaffir leave (optional)
1/2 pack Angwara's green curry paste
(Don't worry if you don't have #angwara paste, then you will need 1 1/2 tbsp green curry paste (any brand) + fish sauce 2 tbsp + white sugar / palm sugar 1/2 tbsp and 4 tbsp coconut cream: you will need to stir fry curry paste with coconut cream first until frangant, then add seasoning + meat + veggies and rice)
