Massaman Curry

Massaman curry doesn’t pack as much heat as the other curries, so it’s a good place to start if you want to try something less spicy. It’s heavily influenced by Indian curries and is by far the sweetest of all the curries.  All ingredients that we use are natural and carefully selected for you. Our curry paste comes ready-to-cook without the need for additional seasoning so you can easily recreate one of Thailand's most famous curry at home.

Once the curry is cooked serve with rice, spaghetti or roti bread according to your preference.

INGREDIENTS TO BUY

1½ cup         coconut milk

¾  cup          water

350 g            your choice of protein

¼  cup          roasted peanut

1-2                potatoes

1-2                white onions

 

3 EASY STEPS

STEP 1.

In a saucepan, place in water + Massaman curry paste over medium heat.

Stirring till the paste dissolved, leave to boil for about a minute

 

STEP 2.

Add your choice of meat + coconut milk + peanut and simmer for 5 minutes or until its cooked through.
 

STEP 3.

Add potatoes + white onions and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with rice or roti. Enjoy!
