Panaeng Curry

Panang curry is rich and mildly spicy with a unique flavour from the addition of kaffir leaves, making it perfect for the whole family. All ingredients that we use are natural and carefully selected for you. Our curry paste comes ready-to-cook without the need for additional seasoning so you can easily recreate one of Thailand's most famous curry at home.

 

Once the curry is cooked serve with rice or roti bread according to your preference.

INGREDIENTS TO BUY

1½ cup         coconut milk

¼   cup         water

500 g            meat / tofu

2 tbsp           crushed roasted peanut

3 EASY STEPS

STEP 1.

In a saucepan, place in water + Panaeng curry paste + coconut milk over medium heat.  

 

stirring till the paste dissolved, leave to boil for about a minute

 

STEP 2.

Add meat + crushed peanut and simmer for 5 minutes or until its cooked through.

 

Serve with rice or roti. Enjoy!
