Chicken Satay (Kai-Satay)

Now you can try to make satay at home and eat as many skewers as you like!😍 and "Kai" in Thai means chicken, if you want pork instead say "Moo"!


In the video, I even included how to make creamy curry peanut sauce and also cucumber relish.

Your meat, it can be chicken, beef or pork 400 g.


Ingredients used for marinating meat

1 tbsp vegetables oil / coconut oil 1 tsp full galangal + lemongrass paste 1 tsp yellow curry + turmeric powder 1 tbsp salted butter (melted) 1/2 tsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp sugar

CURRY PEANUT SAUCE


1.5 tbsp yellow curry + panang curry paste 1.5 tsp yellow curry + turmeric powder 1 cup coconut cream 4 tbsp crushed peanuts 2 tbsp palm sugar 1 tbsp sugar 1.5 tsp salt

CUCUMBER RELISH


4 tbsp white vinegar

5 tbsp white sugar

3/4 tsp salt
