Spicy Papaya Salad Dressing
Papaya Salad (Som Tam) is the #1 most popular salad in Thailand and is especially loved by Thai women - perhaps because it's low in calories and fat.
Every ingredient that we use are natural & carefully selected for you with a hint of spiciness and aroma from Thai lime and palm sugar that will make you love your salad even more!
Our spicy salad dressing can be used not only for green papaya but a variety of salads such as mixed fruit salad (apples, grapes, tomato and carrot), prawn salad or green mango salad.
2 cups shredded papaya + carrot
1 clove garlic
1 cup tomato + long bean
2 tbsp roasted peanut / cashew nut
2 tbsp dried shrimp (optional)
3 EASY STEPS
Crush garlic + chili in mortar or mixing bowl
Add in tomato + long bean + roasted peanut + dried shrimp (optional) and spicy salad dressing, mix well
Add shredded papaya + carrot and mix well
For a spicy fruit salad alternative, replace papaya + carrot with apple + grapes (or fruits of your choice)
Spice it how you like...
If you like it hot, add in more chilies. For more aroma, squeeze in some fresh lime/lemon!
