
Yellow Curry
Yellow curry (Geang Gari) base is made with turmeric, cumin, yellow mustard, kaffir lime leaves and has a rich taste with a sweet, milder flavour than other Thai curries.
All ingredients that we use are natural and carefully selected for you. Our curry paste comes ready-to-cook without the need for additional seasoning so you can easily recreate one of Thailand's most famous curry at home. Once the curry is cooked serve with rice or roti bread according to your preference.
INGREDIENTS TO BUY
1½ cup coconut milk
¾ cup water
350 g your choice of protein
1-2 potatoes
1 white onions
3 EASY STEPS
STEP 1.
In a saucepan, place in water + yellow curry paste over medium heat.
stirring till the paste dissolved, leave to boil for about a minute
STEP 2.
Add your choice of protein + coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes or until its cooked through.
STEP 3.
Add potatoes + white onions and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with rice or roti. Enjoy!
